NAI Skyway Announces Significant Real Estate Transaction

Tampa, Florida – 5/24/23 – NAI Skyway’s J.R. Rudicil, Andrew Fox, and Brandy McAdams announced a significant real estate transaction earlier this month. The team represented Apyx Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: APYX) in a sale-leaseback of their global headquarters, located at 5115 Ulmerton Rd in Clearwater, Florida. They facilitated the transaction with the purchaser, an affiliate of Venture One Real Estate, based out of Chicago, IL. Concurrently with the closing of the $7,650,000 sale on May 8th, Apyx Medical executed a 10-year lease for the property.
